여행사 관리자의 변혁적 리더십이 여행사 종사원의 조직시민행동과 직무만족에 미치는 영향

This study was conducted to examine the effect of transformational leadership shown by travel agency administrators on organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction of travel agency's employees. The study was designed based on available preceding studies, and employees of travel agencies were surveyed for empirical analysis. As results of this study, first, administrators must allow employees to feel a sense of achievement about their duties and have interest and confidence about their work. Second, travel agency administrators should manage their employees to exhibit loyalty, inter-personal relationship,voluntary actions and self development for the company they are working. Third, administrators should be controlled their employees by Individualized Consideration, Charisma, Intellectual Stimulation and employees at travel agencies are mostly young females who graduated from universities,administrators should improve working conditions for young employees, display leadership to make employees work harder, and allow employees to show organizational citizenship behavior. Improved working conditions and best efforts to become satisfied with given duties will be beneficial to development of travel agencies.
