변호사 신탁계좌 제도(attorney trust account)의 도입 논의와 제도화 방안

This article is a study on the issues of professional responsibility focusing on the attorney trust account in Korea. After discussing the pros and cons of attorney trust account system, the author suggests that Korean law society needs to take a step to establish clear rules on the attorney trust account very soon. He also shows that the legal and technical environment is becoming more and more convenient and friendly for the system including new Trust Act(2011),various use of virtual account in banking industry in Korea. The author emphasizes that the effort for the change is inevitable and urgent considering rapidly changing legal service industry environment in Korea including new law school system and the Korean FTAs with EU and USA.
