The safety guarantee of a nuclear power plant becomes an issue as shown in the recent nuclear accident in japan.Moreover, the security of the n clear power plant in Chin a directly affects the Korean peninsula due to the influence of the wind direction so that the in-depth study on it is very meaningful.When there source limitedness of the current thermal power generation urgently requires the conversion into the new kind so far lternative energy including the energy generated from wind power, water power, and solar power, the issue of guaranteeing the security of a nuclear power plan that more important meaning. As fortheen hancement of the safety guarantee of the nuclear power plants in China, the work presents the implication through the study on the laws on the safety of the nuclear power plants in the U.S. and Korea so that it is finally shown that the safety of the nuclear power plants in China will affect Korea positively. One of the purposes is to enhance the safety guarantee of the nuclear power plants in China and clarify more the legal remedy and responsibility for the obligation in emergency. With the development of rural land soil pollution, agricultural sustainable development has been badly affected. analyzes the shortcomings and inadequacies of the relevant legal provisions of prevention and control of rural land soil pollution. From the view of the protection of ecological security of rural land, this paper discusses the legal problems of legislative selection, basic principles and accountability mechanism of prevention and control of rural land soil pollution.
