IT 업계의 위기 극복 및 기술 이전에 관한 연구

The Korean government has been pursuing an ambitious IT strategy to establish Korea as one of the leaders in the world IT market. To implement this strategy, it is imperative that successful technology transfer from research institutions to market should be achieved. Recent global economic crisis draws attention of whether or not Critical Success Facotor (CSF)s for technology transfer in normal economic conditions can be applied in crisis. Comprehensive literature study identifies twelve factors affecting the process and results of technology transfer and the research results show that‘Good Communication,’‘Concreteness of Technology,’‘Incentives for Transfer,’and‘Demand-Pull Technology’are the most influential factors. Regression analyses show that CSFs in total have very significant explanatory power in success of technology transfer. In crisis economic conditions, technology-related factors are considered to be more important. Thus different technology transfer policies should be applied to normal and crisis economic situations, respectively.
