기업지배구조에 따른 전략적 자산지출이 기업성과에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between Corporate Governance Index(CGI), strategic assets and a firm's performances. Therefore, this study are to investigate (1)whether firm's management performances are significant difference by Corporate Governance Index(CGI) and to investigate (2)whether the amount of strategic assets are significant difference by Corporate Governance Index(CGI). Finally, to investigate (3)interaction effect amount of firm's strategic assets and Corporate Governance Index(CGI) on the firm's performances. The results of this study indicate that firms who have the higher Corporate Governance Index(CGI) are partially higher than lower Corporate Governance Index(CGI) on the amount of strategic assets and firm's performances. And, the interaction of amount of strategic assets and Corporate Governance Index(CGI) effect are partially presented on the firm's performances. Eventually, we could find the fact that firm's performance has improved by Corporate Governance Index(CGI) and strategic assets expenditure. Nevertheless, future studies are demanded more delicate methodology by control variables.
