위험 연구와 위험 정치 - 위험 사회에서 안전 사회로 -

Today, we are living in risk society which various technological and social risks are produced in systematic manners. Modern society as a result of modernization is affluent society and risk society. Modern society as risk society raise ultimate reflection on modernization. Studies of risk have been proceeded in various fields since long time ago. As a result,the concept of risk society was coined at mid-1980s in Germany. Then we have to make the types of risk society. Politics of risk coping with problems of modern society have been important with the concept of risk society being spread. Politics of risk is a core of politics of living as practice pursuing structural reform of modern society. The object of politics of risk is society of security. In Korea, security society can be accomplished through concrete tasks of reform of the construction state and making of the ecowelfare state.
