중국여성 의료이용객들의 한국 의료서비스 품질 평가에 관한 실증적 연구 -성형수술 환자를 대상으로-

본 연구의 목적은 한국에서 성형수술을 받기위해 입국한 여성 중국인 환자들을 대상으로 한국의료서비스 품질에 대한 평가, 의료서비스 만족, 재이용의도 간의 구조적 관계에 대해 조사하고자 한다. 이를 위해 중국인 환자 유치를 전문으로 하는 전문대행업체에 설문을 의뢰하여 설문조사가 실시되었으며 총 187부를 본 연구의 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 한국의료서비스 품질 중 신뢰성과 전문성이 이용 만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향관계가 있음이 밝혀진 반면, 유형성, 반응성, 확신성 공감성은 서비스 만족에 유의한 영향을 주지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 이용만족은 재이용의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 제안된 연구모형보다 우수한 모델이 존재할 수 있으므로 SCDT 법을 통하여 검증한 결과 공감성과 전문성을 포함한 두 개의 경로가 추가된 모델이 최우수 모델로 선정되었다. 공감성은 재이용의도에 부(-) 영향을 주는 것으로 나타난 반면 전문성은 재이용의도에 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이론적⋅실무적 시사점이 논의되었으며 또한 연구의 한계점이 언급되었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the structural relationships between quality of Korean medical service perceived by Chinese female patients who visited South Korea to have cosmetic surgery, service satisfaction and reuse intention. The survey was undertaken by special agencies that recruit Chinese patients. Of the 200 distributed questionnaires 187 usable data were used in the analysis. Results of this study are as follows: first, it is found that reliability and specialty factors positively impact on service satisfaction, while responsiveness, tangibles, assurance and empathy do not influence service satisfaction; second, service satisfaction have a positive effect on reuse intention; third, a structural model including two paths, empathy→reuse intention and specialty→reuse intention, was chosen as the best model rather than the research model proposed by this study. As a result, empathy negatively influences reuse intention whereas specialty have a positive effect on reuse intention. The theoretical and practical implications are discussed. The limitations are also mentioned.
