산업단지별 고용친화도 개발 및 활용 : 부산의 산업단지를 중심으로

This study aims to develop an employment friendliness index(EFI) as a major tool for job creation. With the purpose of that, we choose the 15-subordinate indices and four-major factors, which are related to management(operation), accessibility, welfare benefits and working environment,respectively. Using an analytic hierarch process(AHP), a weight of each index is calculated targeting experts. Among four-major factors, the weight of working environmental factor is largest, followed by management(operation),accessibility and welfare benefits factors in order. With regard to the 15-subordinate factors, the weights of factors related to the degree of working environmental safety and to whether a firm joins 4 major social insurance or not are large. And the weights of factors concerned about whether a firm has a facility of cultureㆍsports or not and whether it operates counseling system for workers or not are small. To investigate the appropriateness and usefulness of EFI, we calculate them on major industrial complex in Busan. Based on our analysis, we can see that the results on employees and that on employers are similar each other. And the fact that EFI decreases in order of Centum, SinpyeongㆍJangrim and Sasang industrial complex seems to be consistent with general recognition.
