전자상거래에서의 상품인도상의 법적 문제

Electronic Commerce is generally considered to be the sales aspect of Electronic Transaction. Electronic Commerce is a new trend and fashion to trade based on opening internet environment. It expands sales of the enterprises, changes the traditional sale-methods as well as shopping modes. Due to the numerous number of parties involved in Electronic Commerce, i.e. consumer, seller, provider, mall manager, electronic provider etc., the liability issues are ready to be unclear. Under the current negligence liabilities principles on Civil Law system, Electronic Commerce consumers ought to find proofs of their damages, but its hard to find under the Electronic Commerce system. In this paper, the author advises to make new network liability legislations and to set new insurance systems in order to boost the Electronic Commerce.
