묘지부동산 중 자연장에 대한 선택 결정요인 분석 - 부산지역 사례를 중심으로 -

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The aim of this paper is to analyze the factors of the selecting for natural burial among burial real estate in Busan. (2) RESEARCH METHOD For this research, we employ logit model as an empirical study for the natural burial’s selecting type consists of dichotomous type and probabilistic conceptions. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS In the major results of this research are as follows;It has shown that the variables to denote sex, income, access time and cost are the important variables to select determination. 2. RESULTS The purpose of this study is to require the research for the request of contemporary desire that can preserve the natural environment and conservate national land. Therefore, we analyze the factor of the determination to choice of the natural burial among burial real estate through logit model. The results in this study add to the knowledge of factors affecting natural burial choice in Busan. In addition, this study offers the balanced account of natural burial choice by using empirical analyses.
