중국 제조기업의 관리회계기법 활용특성 및 과제에 관한 연구

본 연구는 중국 제조기업들의 경영관리정보 제공을 위한 관리회계기법의 활용에 관한 실태분석을 통해 각 기법의 활용특성 및 과제를 제시하는 연구목적을 지니고 있다. 연구결과, 책임회계, 품질원가, 목표원가계산, 활동기준원가계산 등의 실행 정도는 높은 반면, 표준원가계산, 활동기준원가관리, 가치사슬, 균형성과표 등의 실행 정도는 낮게 나타났다. 한편, 품질원가, 가치사슬의 유용성 수준은 낮은 반면, 활동기준원가계산, 목표원가계산, 균형성과표 등의 유용성 수준은 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 업종과 상장여부에 따라 관리회계기법의 적용 정도에 차이가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 중국 관리회계실무가 앞으로 해결해야 할 과제를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 중국은 선진국의 현대적인 관리회계기법에 대한 이론적인 연구와 검토는 많았지만 실제 실행 정도는 높지 않았다. 그리고 현대적 관리회계기법을 도입한 중국기업들의 도입 효과는 매우 낮은 단계에 머물고 있으며, 실무에 적용되는 각 관리회계기법의 적용분야 또한 특정부문에 한정되는 경향을 나타내었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to survey the practical application of major traditional and modern management accounting techniques in Chinese manufacturing companies. This study also compares the application of management accounting techniques varies across firms from different industries and from whether or not go public. The methodologies employed are literature review and survey. The conduct of the survey, the questionnaire was designed to find out about information about each respondent's company, the level of the company's factory automation and production environment, and the application of the management accounting approaches, such as responsibility accounting, quality costing, target costing, balanced scorecard, activity-based costing. The results of results of research show that there has been a noticeable improvement in management accounting practices and in the adoption on modern management concepts and techniques. However, the improvement in management accounting practices occur slowly in comparison with the rapid changes in manufacturing environment, and usefulness of modern management accounting techniques is relatively low.
