This study was to investigate the relationships of work career, psychological characteristic factos and entrepreneurial intention in cooks. Data were collected by 209 in hotel cooks. The analysis of multiple regression indicated that work career was significantly related to the psychological characteristic factor. Psychological characteristic factor was significant variables predicting entrepreneurial intention in cooks. In addition, work career was significantly related to the entrepreneurial intention. Implications and suggestions for cooks in Hotels as well as directions for further study are discussed.
