중소기업의 이러닝 수용과 성과분석을 위한 통합연구모형

The main objective of this study is to verify the e-learning system’s abilities such as providing automated services and streamlining the overall business process via the Internet. This study will therefore focus on developing an analogous model of the system to observe and analyze its processes and effects. First, we combined theories and models that were already presented in our previous research (ETAM : Extended Technology Acceptance Model, TOE Framework : Technology Organization Environment Frameworkl) in order to develop a comprehensive model of e-learning. The purpose of this model was to analyze a causal relationship between the e-learning system and its direct effect on technology, environment and individuals in various institutions. In addition, the precedent study on e-learning was reviewed amid model development. As a result, the following conclusions were obtained. First, Technology, Organization and Environment were indicated to have positive direction(+) influence on the e-learning of usefulness, convenience and benefit and on the realization of the e-learning system. Second the e-learning of usefulness, convenience and benefit were indicated to have positive direction(+) influence on e-learning of usefulness and performance and on the realization of a e-learning. Third, the realization of a e-learning system were indicated to have positive direction(+) influence on the e-learning of usefulness and convenience. Forth, the e-learning of usefulness were indicated to have positive direction(+) influence on the e-learning of performance. The primary objective of this study was to expand the scope of understanding in e-learning system. On a practical level, understanding why SMEs use e-learning system will provide a measure to stimulate employment of e-learning system.
