초록

The service sector consists of service products supplier, service provider and service consumer goods. Especially in Securities services, the consumer goods and services are closed to be intangible value creation through service product itself. This study tested the variables that can affect the competence of service providers in the securities, and then extracted through research the relationship of performance. The results were to be followed in order to perform smooth business service products provider of service support to the service provider's competence affects performance and also to have a close relationship.
