A Study on the Architectural Design Education as a Basic Design Education in Terms of Creative Thinking Training - Focused on the Formative Procedure in the Basic Architectural Design Studio -

The purpose of this study is to find out the possibile education methodology developing creativity in the process of formative education in the architectural design studio for the effective creativity education in the formative training as an architectural design education, to understand the theory of creative thinking education, to compare and analyze the application tools of creative thinking training and the contents of study in the basic design education, and to analyze and evaluate the student performance criteria of architectural design studio from the creative thinking education point of view. For this purpose, examine the six category of CoRT which was developed by Cognitive Research Trust in England as a theory of creative thinking training method, and analyze the contents of formative education in the basic architectural design studio for the 1st year students of the department of architecture at the university by the creative thinking training tools of six category in CoRT for the training methods of creative thinking.
Abstract
