중국 외상투자기업의 종류와 특성

China has had an impressive record of attracting foreign direct investment(FDI) after the Reformation and Open-market Policy in 1978. Foreign direct investment in China reached a historic high of $124 billion in 2011, ranking second in the world only after the United States, according to the World Investment Report 2012 released by the UNCTAD. China's foreign invested enterprises acts provide diverse types of Foreign invested enterprise. Foreign invested enterprises in China is classified into foreign invested join stocks enterprises, foreign invested consortium, foreign invested holding corporation, foreign invested stock limited corporation, foreign invested general partnership, foreign invested limited partnership, etc. Each type of these enterprises differ in formalities of incorporation, investment and capital, organization, dividend, investors' responsibility on the enterprises' debt etc. This paper aims to analyze and compare each other's differences in the these China's foreign invested enterprises.
