프랑스의 지적정보의 갱신사업에 관한 민사법적 고찰

The title of this thesis is "A Study of Civil Law in connection with Renovation Project of France's cadastral Information". It would be difficult at the present moment to predict exactly what problems may arise in the future. However, there should be efforts to find solutions for problems related to regulation of public order so that the risk of causing unreasonable consequences can be minimized. Since Cadastral System is something that is being newly developed, a thorough examination of past problems can lead to a future Cadastral System that is more rational and accords with substantial justice. All countries have been made efforts to land management in the world, because land is essential as the foundation of country. Land management made the land survey, varied a background and a purpose each times. Recently, Special Act on Cadastral Resurvey Project passed the National Assembly and thus stable and practical legal foundations for implementing successful Cadsstral Resurvey Project are strongly required. "Cadastral Advance Project" designed by Korean government contains that registration of cadastral records would be revised and paper-based cadastre should be converted into Digitalization. The cadastral non correspondence arrangement is a national project that tries up a lot of workers, equipment, budget and time. 「The Special Act on Cadastral Resurvey」 plays a pivot role in providing legal basis to promote governmental "Cadastral Advance project" and Korean government should progress successful advanced cadastre on the basis of this act. I explained about the main contents in connection with Renovation Project of France's cadastral Information and dealt with the important contents of Renovation Project of France's cadastral Information and suggested especially the problems and improvements in connection with the Renovation of cadastral Information, Legal Basis and Responsible state agencies in Korean Cadastral System or Korean Cadastral Resurvey Project
