저자 동시 인용 자료의 SNA를 통한 성인교육 연구동향 탐색

Studies on research trends in a field are necessary in order to identify new directions of research and develop new agendas. In the same reasons, papers about research trends in the field of lifelong education has been published. But these studies had some limits at showing detailed research topics and relationship among authors. The purpose of this study is to identify research trends of this field based on Authors Co-citation Analysis(ACA) and Social Network Analysis(SNA) which can supply some results making up for the limits. Researcher applied ACA for the researches have been published between 2001-2011. Researcher identified 128 researchers that their researches have been cited over 3 times in the lifelong education related papers selected from 8 Korean journals listed in KCI web site. Researcher produced a matrix of author co-citation frequency and performed SNA(degree of centrality, spring graph, block model based on community analysis). The results of this study showed that some authors made an central role on research network and produced papers about professionalism and competency of person on charge of adult education, learning society, domain of program and literacy and so on. Also the results showed that social network, a neglected class of people, the role of lifelong education, evaluation of program, learning transfer etc appear as a new theme. And block model analysis showed that the researchers can be grouped into 2 communities formed around 2 research areas: lifelong education and human resource development. Based on these results, suggestions and limitations of this study were discussed.
