엘리베이터 디자인 컨설팅을 위한 디자인 전략에 관한 연구

초록
본 연구에서는 기존의 엘리베이터 컨설팅에서 디자인컨설팅을 심도 있게 구체화시켜 국제적인 엘리베이터 디자인 컨설팅의 경쟁력 강화를 목적으로 하였다. 즉, 초고층 건물을 위한 엘리베이터디자인 컨설팅의 역할과 개념이 무엇인지를 명확하게 구체화시켜 부족하고 결핍된 엘리베이터 컨설팅의 국제적인 디자인의 활동가능성을 기대하면서 다음과 같은 결론에 도달하였다. 첫째, 엘리베이터 디자인 컨설팅의 미래 전망은 밝다. 둘째, 해외 엘리베이터 컨설팅 업체에 비해 우리나라 엘리베이터 컨설팅 업체는 역사도 짧지만 디자인 컨설팅의 비중이 낮다. 셋째, 이러한 핸디캡을 극복하기 위해서 본 연구에서는 우선, 초고층 건축설계와 디자인 연계전략, 3차원 통제 시스템을 통한 공간 접근성 특화 전략, 미래지향적 엘리베이터 공간디자인의 특화전략, LED/OLED 엘리베이터 조명특화 전략, 관산학연을 통한 디자인 인프라 구축전략 그리고 이러한 다양한 전략들을 종합하여 한.아세안 엘리베이터 디자인 연구소 수립을 진심으로 기대해 본다. 엘리베이터 컨설팅이라는 새로운 사업이 국내에 생겨나서 현재 4년 정도 흘러왔으나 관련 제도나 규정 또는 정부지원이 전무한 실정이다. 따라서 누구보다 국민의 안전과 품질향상에 힘쓰고 있는 엘리베이터 전문가 집단인 컨설팅 업체를 보다 활성화 시킬 수 있는 정부의 적극적인 지원이 절실하다. 아울러 엘리베이터 업계에서는 초기에는 어렵겠지만 컨설턴트들이 요구하는 사항이 곧 안전과 품질 향상을 위한 것임을 인식하고 적극적인 자세로 컨설턴트들의 요구사항에 대해 수용하고 적극적으로 지원하기를 바라며 이러한 사항들을 본 연구의 향후 연구과제로 설정하고자 한다.
Abstract
The aim of this study is to reinforce the competitiveness of elevator design consulting internationally by embodiment of elevator design consulting from the existing elevator consulting in detail. That is, the following results have been approached with expecting the possibility of international design activity of elevator consulting by embodiment clearly of the role and concept of elevator design consulting for the super-tall and high-rise building. Firstly, the prospects of elevator design consulting will be bright. Secondly, the portion of elevator design consulting is lower and the history of elevator consulting companies are short in Korea than overseas countries. Thirdly, in order to overcome these kinds of handicap, firstly this study is, the establishment of Korean .ASEAN elevator design research center could be expected these various strategies and establish strategy of design infra through the collaboration among government, industry and academic world, the specialization strategy of LED/OLED elevator lighting , the specialization strategy of future oriented elevator space design, the specialization strategy of space accessability through 3D control system, the co-operation strategy between architects of super-tall and design. Even though the elevator consulting business has been established 4 years ago in Korea, there are no regulation, rules or supports by the government. Therefore, strong supports of government would be earnest to be more active for the elevator consulting companies which are the elevator expert group to work hard to improve the safety and quality of people for elevators and escalators. Furthermore, these kinds items can be set up the future research, in the beginning, the elevator makers can be difficult but they should understand that is to increase the safety and quality and support strongly and follow the consultant’s requirement
