복지관책임자의 복지제도적가치관이 서비스 질에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구: 종합사회복지관을 중심으로

This study was conducted to substantially analyze the factors that influence the service quality of social welfare center that are required to keep up with the rapid increase in social welfare centers and various welfare policies, to improve the service quality experienced by users. This study was focused on welfare officers' welfare institutional views. Survey and various statistical methods were applied to verify the hypothesis and identify the factors. In result of the analysis, it was found that welfare officers and welfare policy desire had a direct influence on service quality. This is because welfare officers in the social welfare industry are appointed to provide the welfare services the nation provides to various welfare beneficiaries. On the other hand, their pride and understanding of welfare system were not statistically significant. This is because social welfare workers, compared to other specialized positions, are planning for transfers because they are not compensated enough for their hard work, and believe that welfare has the tendency to help those who do not need help. Therefore, the view of welfare institutional service providers shall be considered more important to improve the quality of services provided by welfare centers. The significance of this study is that it identified the factors that influence the service quality of social welfare center and that it may be practically applied to various social welfare facilities.
