Exploratory Study on the Determinants of Performance of Social Enterprise: Focusing on Case of 'Working Together Corp.'

초록

Recently social enterprise to be recognized as new alternative of solving the problem of high gap between the rich and the poor is needed to have competitive advantages for acquiring sustainability on itself. Through literature review of social enterprise and case study of 'Working Together Corp.',this paper suggested the operational model of social enterprise and classified its components into 3 stages of ⅰ) preliminary arrangement being in detail composed of ①social entrepreneurship, ②business model, ③social impact, ⅱ) operational process or strategy execution, ⅲ) operational outcomes in terms of ①sustainability and goal achievement. This operational model will have a role of presenting some research propositions on research issues of social enterprise.

Abstract
