시간제 근로 유형화와 양질의 시간제 일자리에 대한 다수사례 연구

art-time work has been acknowledged with its appropriateness along with its compatibility both at home and work according to the social and cultural flow and alteration to the industrial structure for creative economy. And it has been noticed as one of the methods for the government’s strategic job creation as launching the projects to create and support various types of part-time works initiatively by the government. In order to understand the part-time labor market’s concrete operational methods, this study conducted in-depth interviewing to the companies creating part-time employment. Concretely speaking, based on Venkat Bendapudi et al. (2003)’s research, this paper has drawn four types according to the two dimensions: spontaneity for the employees to choose their part-time job regarding the part-time work(high or low) and performance ambiguity(high or low) about the employees’ outputs and examined the characteristics of each type. Also, by the types of part-time work, based on advanced research, this study examined how the 14 dimensions of quality part-time jobs indicate significant difference. Lastly, according to the four types applied in case study, this article suggests the characteristics of each type, directions for human resources management needed for the companies, and the government’s chief directions for the policy.
