우리나라에 진입한 글로벌 기업의 M&A에 관한 연구

Recently, not only has the world economic environment become increasingly globalized and economic integrated but international business has also changed. Global competitiveness will have a great impact on domestic markets in light of the WTO system having being established and Korea's is becoming a member of the OECD. Therefore, under the situation the opening of the global M&A market is inevitable. Global M&A activities has become prevalent worldwide as more countries have opened themselves up economically with the launching of the WTO. The M&A has seen an unlimited, transnational competition among firms everywhere with the advent of globalization and the development of information technology. The purpose of this study is to find the problems and strategy towards of the global M&A by Korea firms.
