The Influence of Dine-out Franchise Company’s Constituents’ Recognition of the Organization Impartiality and Organization Devotion on Work Performance

This research purports to discover the differences of organization impartiality and work performance, the organization devotion and the influence between organization impartiality and work performance as the medium. First, after the analysis of the influence of the recognition of organization impartiality on performance, the result was that the work performance enhanced as the recognition of organization impartiality such as the impartiality of distribution, process,and interaction increased. Second, the relationship of influence of the recognition of organization impartiality on organization devotion is: first, in the result of the regression analysis of the influence on emotional devotion, the emotional devotion increased as the level of recognizing the interaction impartiality increased. Third, the result of analyzing the influence of devotion on work performance was that work performance increased as the emotional and normative devotion increased.
