1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study is to find out the issues about the conflict management and analyze the conflicting case of real estate development that focus on the cause and solving process of the real estate conflict systematically and totally through the analysis model. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This study was focused on case analysis. The case is Yong-san development Project, which is represented with causing the institutional changes. Analysis model based on Ostrom's IAD framework(Institutional Analysis and Development framework). (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS In the results of this case analysis, the most important thing is that the results are different from DAD(Decision-Announcement-Defence) method or ADR(Alternative Dispute Resolution) method when public institutions carry forward the real estate development projects. 2. RESULTS When the conflict in the real estate development project happen, we build up the system devices to prevent DAD method while carrying a policy into executiom. While carring a policy into execution, government builds up ADR method to prevent DAD method and also institutionalize ADR method. Therefore, we are able to communicate with one another and find out an alternative way.
