군 특성화고 졸업 후 입대한 전문병 및 전문하사의 직무능력 향상방안

The purpose of this research was to prepare a program to encourage military specialized high school graduates to demonstrate their sufficient capability in a field of operation and maintenance of high-tech equipment as Specialists or Specialists Non-commissioned Officers(SNCO), for the stable promotion of a system that requires the graduates to serve as specialists(Staff Sergeant, SGG). Results of this research were the followings:First, this research had examined official capacity in six Specialists and SNCOs' fields of duty: Information and Communication, Transportation Equipment, Mechanic, Chemical, Aviation, and Electric. While their attitudes of serving respective fields of duty were commonly similar, components of respective official capacities were different in ares of knowledge and technology according to peculiarity of each branch. Second, educational requirements for strengthening Specialists and SNCOs' core competency in respective fields were examined to include, in case of Specialists, education of military occupational specialty, and education of basic cultivation. And SNCOs were required basic tactics, study of combat techniques, command / management and other consulting techniques, and various instructional techniques. Third, it had been analyzed that the plan to increase official competency of Specialists and SNCOs' was required to establish customized models of educational training with a focus on customers, to provide education and personnel management systems to train SNCOs, to improve education management for specialists(SSGs), to establish a systemic evaluation of military specialized high schools, and to establish functions of the schools and a cooperation system.
