The communication that the main purpose is a business activity variable of the study of the book, Support, A tangle is going to take it good for trust of participation shops and structural relations of commitment. And I am going to offer a pending problem for the franchise headquarters and smooth relations maintenance between the participation shop with a variable to have a direct influence on a business activity whether it is that what kind of elements are important. The participation headquarters and the greatest obstacle element between the participation shop appeared at the present by letting you cause a tangle by communication and a part of the support. The participation shops appeared by such a tangle by having a direct influence on trust for the participation headquarters and commitment.

Abstract
