The purpose of this study is to examine the quality factors of Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) applying D & M model and the relationships with users' satisfaction, usage and performance. According to the factor analysis, ERP quality factors were classified into system quality,information quality, service quality and users' satisfaction, usage, performance were composed of single dimension. The results of the hypothesis testing that information and service quality for ERP showed a positive influence on users' satisfaction and usage, however system quality had no influence. User satisfaction showed a positive influence on usage with no impact on performance. And performance was influenced by usage. This study proved that D & M model could be adopted into ERP quality and users'satisfaction, usage can be increased by enhancing ERP quality, which performance can be higher finally.
Abstract
