감성디자인을 통한 의료기구디자인연구 -개부형 드레싱트레이를 중심으로-

Medical appliances domestic and overseas have steadily shown growth, characterized by rapid treatment, accurate diagnose and treatment, and high technology. Patients in hospitals fell sensitive, untrustful, obsessed with fear about disease. The common sentiments patients feel about the high-end treatment devices at hospitals include wariness and distrust for infection, surveys on medical staff shows. Dressing tray is a medical device that patients are faced with irrespective of the intensity of illness. The problems such as production, costs, and disinfection made dressing trays uniformed stainless. However, the troubles with the uneasiness about metal sound, cold-hearted image, and worries about infection of medical staff by the separated syringes should be resolved. For those problems, PPSU(Polyphenylsulfone) was applied to reduce noise; a dressing can in addition to a dressing bed was applied to shoot the sanitary troubles; emphasizing the edges by smoothly raise familiarity. We adopted the approach of compensating for defects rather than aesthetic approach for designing procedure of emotional consideration. We expect psychological stabilities for patients and familiarities with patients for medical staff, as well as promoting warm-hearted sentimental medical device based on oriental and Korean sentiments throughout medical appliances market domestic and overseas.
