부트스트랩 자료포락분석(Bootstrap-DEA)을 통한 신용보증기관의 효율성 평가에 관한 연구

This study aims at mapping the internal process of organizational change that takes place in relations with the institutional environment which contains specific needs and expectations, from the perspective of sociological institutionalism. The study, first, devotes to reviewing two different approaches of organizational change; variance and process. Then, it discusses Selznick’s organizational character-formation theory as a basic framework to be used for modeling internal process of change, the theory constructed in terms of focusing on the concept of institutionalization that he regarded as a process infusing with unique values into organization in interactions with the institutional environment. With characterizing the institutional environment, it attempts to structure an organizational change process that occurs through interplay among organizational identity, sensemaking, and choice. Finally, it discusses some implications and expectations for the future study.
