산업재해 장애인 심리치료 및 재활을 위한 목공예 가구제작 기술교육 프로그램개선안 연구-공작기계를 사용한 교육을 중심으로-

This study attempts to develop new programs to maximize the effects of psychotherapy and rehabilitation for the disabled with industrial injuries through woodcraft furniture making technique training. The key point of this research is to be freed from the previous manual, manufacturing methods but to concretize technique training programs that can utilize advanced machine tools. And the study adopted the method of applying shelves, laser carving machine, CNC carving machine, and the latest boring machine. For the benchmarking of excellent cases, the researcher visited the German Caritas Workplace for the Disabled, and the research result was reflected to the process of developing the program. Also, the programs being operated by Incheon Joonang Hospital’s specialized rehabilitation center were closely analyzed, and the necessity for their improvement was examined. As a result, to gain positive effects, the study suggests three program draft proposals: higher easiness of training than the existing technique training programs, the shortening of training hours, and the operation of various programs. In the development process, the study secures objectivity by collecting opinions from the disabled with industrial injuries and also the experts of related areas. And it is thought to be necessary to conduct substantial evaluation in the field to measure the appropriateness of the program suggested afterwards.
