The purpose of this study was to analysis the Compatibility and Materiality of Management Performance Valuation Index in Local Public Company. On the results of these analyses, this study suggested following policy implications. First, management profit improvement area is comprised of the appropriateness of budget and financial management, the improvement effort of expenditure rate in the worksite, the improvement effort of revenue margin. On the other hand, management objective achievement area is comprised of the appropriateness of business goal setting, the effort made by CEO for achieving the business goal. As the result of reestablishing of valuation standards for each area. Second, it is suggested that to reorganization of the role and responsibility of the job and to train the employee is essential in order to prepare changed environment. Third, the CEO’s objective improvement, strategic management, auditing of business result is required. It is also implied that to hold the reign over the organization, to make an effort for improvement of competence for each people and to share CEO’s management philosophy and vision among employees are important.
