A Study on Relation between Woman Employee’s Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Turnover Intention according to Characteristics of Freight Forwarders

The purpose of this study is to analyze that woman employee's job satisfaction and organizational commitment affect turnover intention according to characteristics of Korea’s Freight forwarder. According to the final result, conclusions are as follows;First, personal characteristics was positively related to job characteristics and organizational characteristics. Secondly, organizational characteristics was positively related to job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Finally, organizational commitment was positively related to turnover intention but job satisfaction was negatively related to turnover intention. Through this results, the view point of organizational fairness was positively related to job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and logistics forwarders firm have to improve organizational commitment by clear management of discrimination, promotion, job fulfillment and evaluation to woman employees.
Abstract
