정부R&D과제 협력요소들과 연구개발 성과의 관계에 대한 연구 : 연구원 수와 연구개발단계의 조절효과를 중심으로

This study is designed to examine (1) the relationship between cooperative factors and R&D performance of the Korea national project and (2) the moderating effects of projects' characteristics on that relationships. The GLS regression analysis was conducted for 92,128 R&D programs supported by the Korea national government in the period of 4 years from 2006 to 2009. The results show that the relationships between cooperative factors and first·second R&D performance of national government R&D projects very differ depending on the type of R&D performance. They also present that the relationships between cooperative factors and first·second R&D performance are moderated by the characteristics of R&D projects such as number of researchers and R&D stage. The findings of this study imply the importance of considering both positive and negative sides of cooperative R&D in the study on the national government R&D projects. They also highlight that the value of cooperative factors of national R&D project will not be the same for all projects. Therefore, in order to gain incremental performance benefits, practitioners of national R&D projects should establish the match among various characteristics of R&D project.
