기술사업화 정책 변화 방향 예측에 관한 연구

This study explores the future trend of technology commercialization activities for each firms by foreseeing the technology commercialization policy trends. With a view of the purpose, STEEP analysis and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) analysis are used. According to the findings, as factors, which influence the policy change in the future, technology factors are the more important than other four factors. In AHP survey analysis, the result of the future direction of technology transfer and commercialization policy change appears not to upset the existing policy issues and implementations. This implies that current technology commercialization policy direction focusing on open innovation and globalization, technological convergence are the right track as well as the prospective outlook reflecting global macro-environments and future issues. This study has meaningful in the perspectives that we can attempt to manage the uncertainty and sudden changes of the future by presenting the future direction of technology transfer and commercialization policy which is designed to cope with the high possibilities and major issues that are drawn by future analysis. Also each firms are more interested in as followed; 1) having a current stance of open innovation activities for technology commercialization and have a balance with technology strategy between giving and taking 2) protecting Intellectual property 3) giving matured technologies to developing counties 4) considering social changes.
