국제환경규제가 수출기업의 GSCM(Green Supply Chain Management) 관행과 성과에 미치는 영향: RoHS(Restrictions of the use of Hazardous Substances) 규정을 중심으로

International environmental regulations like RoHS directives are adopted in the developed countries. So to comply these regulations, companies are conducted GSCM as a solution. This study is focused on Korean Exporting firms adopted GSCM in the electronics sector. This study objects are to test the relationships of RoHS directives, GSCM practices and GSCM performances. To verify these relationships, we collected data from Korean electronic exporting firms adopted ISO 14001. Before testing hypotheses, we conducted reliability and validity analysis. There is no problem in reliability and validity. Lastly to prove the relationship of RoHS, GSCM practices and performances, we used 1-way ANOVA to compare means of groups that are categorized by RoHS effect level of firms and regression analysis to prove causal relationships. The main results are as follows; First, RoHS directives have effect on GSCM practices(internal, external, manufacturing GSCM practices). Second, GSCM performances(environmental, economic performance, and environmental competitiveness) are affected by RoHS directive. Third, when firm have higher degree of RoHS effect, GSCM practices partially increase GSCM performances. Lastly, GSCM performances have partially positive relationship with GSCM practices.
