DACUM 기법을 활용한 발명교사의 직무분석 연구

초록
이 연구는 DACUM 직무분석법을 활용하여 발명교사의 직무를 분석하는 것이다. 청소년 발명교육의 직무를 수행하기 위해 발명교사에게 요구되는 경험, 지식, 기능, 태도, 책임을 명확히 밝혀 현재 수행 직무를 중심으로 보다 자세하고 명확하게 도출하고자 하였다. DACUM 직무분석을 위해 1명의 직무분석가, 8명의 직무분석 협조자, 1명의 서기, 2명의 코디네이터로 이루어진 DACUM 직무분석 위원회를 구성하였으며, 2012년 11월 2일 직무분석을 실시하였다. 이 연구를 통하여 발명교사에 대한 직무를 분석하였다는 데 그 의의가 있으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 발명교사를 발명교실이나 일반학급 그리고 영재교육원 등에서 학생 및 학부모, 교원, 일반인을 대상으로 발명교육을 설계, 수행, 평가하고, 발명과 관련된 대회 및 행사, 행정업무를 기획, 수행하는 교사로 정의하였다. 둘째, 발명교사의 역할 수행을 위해 요구되는 직무를 구성하는 임무(duty) 8개와 과업(task) 139개를 추출하였다. 셋째, 과업별 중요도, 난이도 및 수행빈도를 밝히고 특정과업이 입직초기에 갖추어야 할 핵심 과업인지의 여부를 구분하였다. 넷째, 발명교사의 정의와 임무와 과업을 통한 직무 특성을 나타낼 수 있는 발명교사의 DACUM 차트를 제시하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze job of invention teachers based on the DACUM method. The contents of this study were to extract the duties, tasks considering of job of invention teacher. This study contain a list of the work is expected to be done and the knowledge, skills, attitude and responsibilities required to invention teacher. This study discussed a job be more focused and details performed by who has hands-on experience of invention education for adolescent. A DACUM committee was consisted of a facilitator, 8 panel members, a recorder and 2 coordinators. They analyzed job of invention teacher on Nov. 2, 2012. This study has a signification to analyze job of invention teacher and the conclusions are as follows;First, this study defines a invention teacher. Second, this study extract 8 duties and 139 tasks be composed that invention teacher do their job. Third, this study determine the tasks which were important, difficult, frequent and essential in entry step of occupation. Finally, this study present the DACUM chart which show job characteristic, duties, tasks and definition of the invention teacher.
