수습변호사의 실무수습 제도 운영방안에 관한 제언

5 year has passed since the launch of the Korean Law School on March 1st 2009. The new system of Law School in Korea seemed to make soft landing, however there are still voices of dissent and the system is being tested. The Law School in Korea is introduced to solve the problem of old practice for Judicial examination in Korea, therefore the final aim of Korean Law School is training the competitive legal professionals. For this reason, we need to discuss the ways to vitalize practical subjects in Law School but we should focus on the 6 months after the bar examination which is the training period to handel the real practical case. In spite of the importance of training period, there has been lack of discussion for the Practice-Oriented Legal Education and the curriculum for field training. Therefore, the fact clearly stans forth that poor contents of the training system and many problems. As time goes by, these problems will be intensified, so we should make effort to solve the problems. In this article, we will check the background and purpose of Korean Law School and the present condition of it and review the training system for legal professionals in other country- America, England and Japan. Afterward, we will find out the present problems of practical training program of Korea study about the improvement plans.
