상업용 부동산의 경매 참여자별 의사결정특성

The purpose of this study is to explore the decision making characteristics of real estate bidding participants in Commercial Properties. This study attempted to elicit the reasonable decision making model at the time of bidding on commercial properties auction market that is difficult to choose reasonable by relationship of various rights and duties. Moreover, this study attempted to conduct the analysis using the general statistical processing method based on the demographical data obtained from the questionnaire research on the basis of the understanding that the identity of the specialist is ambiguous when AHP is used under the special situation of commercial properties auction. And it attempted to analyze the cross-tabs of demographical characteristics by professional group to make an in-depth understanding of the specific contents. Finally, This study was made to find out the degree of importance through the case revealed that the bidders at commercial properties auction. The results of the study are as follows ; First, it was found that characteristic factor of the real estate is most important among the decision making factor Second, it is important to decide the scale of equity preferentially for a reasonable investment decisions. Last, commercial properties are important to analyze relationship of rights and duties to be acquired.
