국내 입학사정관제 관련 연구동향 분석
An Analysis of Research Trend on College Admission Officer System in Korea

이 연구에서는 2007년 이후 입학사정관제와 관련하여 국내에서 발표된 연구논문들의 연구동향을 연구주제, 연구방법, 연구대상을 기준으로 분석하고, 향후 입학사정관제 분야 연구방향 설정을 위한 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 분석 대상은 학술지 논문 73편, 석사학위논문 28편, 박사학위논문 6편 등 총 107편이 선정되었다. 분석 결과, 연구주제의 경우 입학사정관제 도입/개선 방안 연구가 31편(29.0%)으로 가장 많았으며, 평가요소/방법 관련 연구(14.0%), 정책분석 관련 연구(8.4%), 입학생 특성 분석 연구(8.4%) 등도 상대적으로 많은 비중을 차지하였다. 연구방법에 대한 분석 결과, 조사연구가 50편(46.7%), 문헌연구가 48편(44.9%)으로 대부분의 비중을 차지하였으며, 사례연구와 질적 연구는 각각 6편(5.6%), 3편(2.8%)이 수행되었다. 연구대상에 있어서는 입학사정관을 대상으로 한 연구가 22편(31.9%)으로 가장 많았으며, 교사(26.1%)와 대학 신입생(15.9%) 등에 대한 연구도 상대적으로 많이 수행되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 향후 연구동향 및 연구방향 설정을 위한 몇 가지 시사점을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore the research trend in college admission officer system in Korea and suggest some implications. The study was carried out through review of literature published from 2007 through 2012. The subjects of analysis were 73 articles, 28 bachelor dissertations and 6 doctoral dissertations. The articles were analyzed by research theme, research method and research sample. As results of this study, the greatest number of research theme was the study on the introduction and improvement of the college admission officer system (29.0%). Study on the evaluation criteria/method (14.0%), analysis of policy (8.4%) and analysis of characteristics of entering students through college admission officer System (8.4%) was relatively prominent too. The most frequently used research method was a survey research (46.7%) and literature review (44.9%). On the contrary, the frequency of case study (5.6%) and qualitative research (2.8%) was relatively very low. The frequently used research sample were admission officer (31.9%), teacher (26.1%) and college freshmen (15.9%). Based on this results, some implications on future research directions were suggested.
