초록
The purpose of this study is on the continuous use intention of IS in the public sector. IT investment of the public sector is continuously increasing. Its outcome, however, is not accomplished as easy as originally expected. There are a variety of efforts to overcome this dilemma. This study focuses to investigate continuous use intention of BICs(Business Incubation Center) on BI-Net. In this paper, we identify factors that may affect the continuous use intention of BICs and validate empirically the relationships between the identified factors. Using the responses from 147 BICs, the results of our regression analysis were demonstrated. The results of this study show that the BICs’ continuous use intention was influenced by performance, effort expectancy and satisfaction. In addition, evaluation results of SMBA on BICs' management moderated the effects of satisfaction, performance and effort expectancy on continuous use intention. Finally, a discussion of the study’s implications and some future research directions are also provided.
