라틴아메리카 에너지기구(OLADE) 연구 - 리마협약과 산호세선언을 중심으로 -

The purpose of this study is an introduction of OLADE and the establishment of the new role of OLADE at the moment. As a methodology, this paper uses the legal interpretation of international organizations focusing on Lima Agreement and Pronouncement of San Jose. Legal analysis pointed out tha OLADE needs advisory body and we can check the possibility of cooperation with other organizations like UN. In addition, OLADE fulfilled faithfully the San Jose Declaration, but it requires an active role for the increasingly importance of energy resources in Latin America. In this study, we provide OLADE-centered international cooperation of institutional level including technology transfer. Also, eliminating the imbalance of energy in Latin America and reinforcing financial support is OLADE's new vision.
