한국 노인복지법제의 현황과 과제 - 소득보장을 중심으로 -

100 years before the era of longevity, South Korea is underway in an aging society to an aged society. In the current situation, the welfare society for elderly issues are becoming the most urgent task. Since established in 1981, the elderly law was amended several times. However, there is no satisfactory provision for welfare of the aged. Especially on the retirement income security system is not sufficient. So many social issues related to poverty of the elderly are caused. Elderly support and welfare is the most important one is in the field of welfare. for family community or communities in Korea. Therefore, in this study, I will analyze The current status and problems of elderly welfare legislation. After that, I will derive improvement focusing on old-age income security system. To this, based on prior studies, first, I will review raw-making and revision process of elderly laws and organize systematic position of social welfare law including elderly welfare law. After that, in many areas of elderly care, senior jobs, and housing problems, especially, mainly based on the introduction of pension associated with old age income security which is the backbone of our country Elderly issues, I want to conclude this study. The current basic old-age pension system was introduced as a concept of old age allowance in elderly welfare act as amended in 1989. Since then it has undergone the path to pensions. And in 2007, it has undergone the process of being reorganized into separate old-age pensions. However, it has many limitations as a welfare system for the elderly for guaranteed retirement income. Timely, introduction of the basic pension is being discussed aiming to implement in July next year. Thus, through the analysis of it, I will look for a new alternative. And examine linkages of existing NPS help. Finally, I will propose a faithful way to do a safety net role of old-age income security system.
