1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study is to affirm the background of occurrence and the transforming stages of institution of licensed real estate agent. Additionally, it is to focus on the changing images of licensed real estate agent over times. Throughout the objective research, this study deals with the correlations between the images of certain real estates agents and insurance of customer. This analysis will provide effective image making process for real estate agents. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This study has surveyed among those who are interested in real estate transactions. The contents of survey questions are dealing with attitudes, ways of speaking and behavior, appearance, and impression shown on real estate agents. For the analysis of surveyed data, One-Way ANOVA and technical analysis are used. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS This study relation analysis between image of licenced real estate agents and security of clients are very important factors. These are impression shown, attitudes, professionality. 2. RESULTS The results of this study is as followed. First, to those who are interested in real estate transactions, the images of real estates agents have more than normal effects on insurance of customers. Specifically, such factors as attitudes and professionality of real estate agents are analyzed as more important among other factors. The second result demonstrates the factors related to costumers. The factors that have effects on images and insurance of costumers of real estate agents are statistically related to the types of housing of those responding to the survey. The potential customers for real estate transactions are more dominant among those who own their own houses than those who rent houses or apartments.
