소비자생활협동조합법 개정안에서 본 사외이사 제도의 문제점

On May 2013 the draft on the amendment of consumer cooperative law became known to public. Its main point is the introduction of non-member (outside) director system to the primary consumer cooperative and its federation. This gives us the motivation to find the problems negatively affecting the member promotion of consumer cooperatives as a whole. In this context, four topics will be discussed; 1) outside director is not a cooperative feature, 2) separation of ownership and management of the consumer cooperatives, 3) strengthening the management power of the representative director (outside director), 4) loss of cooperative identity, followed by a summary and conclusion.
