퇴직자의 재취업 교육프로그램이 교육만족도와 학습성과에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to figure out the effects of educational programs for reemployment of retirees on educational satisfaction and learning performance. To achieve this, a survey was carried out on 300 retirees who take the educational programs for reemployment in Seoul area through September 11 to September 20, 2012. The valid questionnaires of collected 288 copies were used for data analysis. The results were summarized as follows. First, psychosocial health, vocational competency development, and belongingness and relation maintenance by sub-factors of the educational program for reemployment had an effect on educational satisfaction. Second, educational satisfaction had an effect on learning performance. Third, educational satisfaction was partially mediated in the relationship between psychosocial health, vocational competency development, belongingness and relation maintenance, education support system, and academic performance. As stated above, the educational program for reemployment of retirees had positive effects on educational satisfaction and learning performance. In other words, the educational program for reemployment including psychosocial health, vocational competency development, belongingness and relation maintenance, and education support system for rehabilitation to the society can improve learners' educational satisfaction and learning performance, boosting reemployment. Consequently, the reemployment of retirees has need of focusing on the development of programs for improving educational satisfaction and learning performance through systematic education support so that they approach from a psychosocial perspective of individuals, develop their vocational competency and have a sense of belonging.
