이공계분야 국가연구개발사업 수행대학 연구인력의 역량모델 및 교육훈련로드맵 개발

The purpose of the study is to identify what core competencies are necessary for the researchers to conduct national R&D projects, and develop a competency model and training roadmap in Sciences and Engineering fields. The subjects of this study were the students studying for a master or doctoral degree in Sciences and Engineering fields. All of them have some experiences of national R&D projects with their academic advisors. Interviews and workshops were conducted with the selected subjects and professors who also had conducted national R&D projects. Then two workshops were conducted with 14 subjects studying at top five universities in terms of winning research funds from national R&D program. The Professors with experiences of national R&D projects reviewed our data analysis process and results. On the basis of the results of this study, five outcomes are as in the following - job analysis on national R&D project, competencies identification by sciences and engineering fields, competency model development, training courses and modules design and establishment of training roadmap. The results could not only provide a foundation for diagnosing and assessing researchers' competency, but also become basic standards for training needs analysis and training itself.
