AIS교육에 대한 대학생의 진로의사결정에 미치는 영향

취업률이 대학의 평가지표가 되어 대학은 학문적 성취 뿐 아니라 취업률을 상승시키기 위하여 진로에 대해 관심이 강조되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 회계정보시스템 수업을 수강한 289명의 대학생을 대상으로 진로의사결정에 미치는 영향관계를 SPSS 20 과 AMOS 20 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 가설검증 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가족지원, 진로열망, 학문적 자기효능감과 진로의사결정의 관계를 분석한 결과, 가족지원과 진로열망이 진로의사결정에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 학문적 자기효능감과 진로의사결정은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가족지원, 학문적 자기효능감, 진로열망, 진로의사결정의 관계를 살펴보면, 가족지원이 진로의사결정에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤을 뿐만 아니라 진로열망을 매개로 진로의사결정에 간접적인 영향도 미쳤다. 진로열망이 진로의사결정에 대한 가족지원의 영향에 있어서 매개역할을 하고 있다. 그러므로 진로의사결정을 잘하기 위해서는 가족지원 뿐 아니라 스스로 진로열망을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 본 연구는 AIS교육 학습대상자들이 회계정보시스템 교육을 통해 학업과 취업에 대한 진로 선택의 과정에서 스스로 진로에 대한 전략을 세우고 자기 영향력을 발휘하여 올바른 진로의사결정을 하는데 기여할 것으로 생각된다.
Abstract
Recently, university are much worried abut employment rate as well as academic achievement. The purpose of the present study is to provide useful information for future career of university students that have received AIS education. This study was analyzed by using the SPSS Statistics 21 and AMOS 21 program with data acquired from 289 AIS learners. The results of the analysis could be summarized as the following. First, the analysis on the relations among family support, career aspiration and career decision making are positively affected. Second, family support directly influence career decision making while it indirectly influence career aspiration, also. Because career aspiration work as the medium between family support and career decision making, not only family support but also career aspiration shall be improved in order to do career decision making. It found that the university student's career aspiration had significant influence on the career decision making. University students were required systematic plan to career. This study expect to do AIS learner's rational career decision making in the university times make the students' worry about the career.
