Plan for future-oriented Legislation by member of the National Assembly

초록

Legislation is law which has been promulgated by a legislature or governing body. Today legislation is not only expertise, but also a duty of the legislature. Legislative power is indispensable for national operations and the fundamental rights guaranteed. Therefore the legislation does duty as the boundary of freedom of the legislature. Korea is governed by elected representatives of the people. President and National Assembly stand proxy for national. Korea's government system is in principle divided into legislative, the judicial, and the administrative branches. The one of most important parliamentary function is legislation, passing legislation is the most valuable role of national assembly. In Korea, the Congress has the power of legislation and the Constitution sets forth the nation's fundamental laws. And the Constitutional Court can not the process and the content of the observation. Legislation is in korea usually proposed by executive and a member of the National Assembly, whereupon it is debated by members of the legislation and is often amended before passage. First, a representative sponsors a bill, then the bill is assigned to a committee for study. If released by the committee, the bill is put on a calendar to be vote on. In the legislation process public opinion is reflected in the National Assembly. The work of National Assembly is initiated mostly by the introduction of a proposal by member of the National Assembly. However today the number of bills by member of the national assembly is increasing suddenly and therefor it should be properly regulated.
