인터넷본인확인수단(I-PIN)의 보급 및적용에 따른 개선방안 연구- 개인정보보호법 제정 전･후 이용자의 인식변화를 중심으로 -

According to increase use of the internet in South Korea, personal information being involved resident registration number has been collected to register for a member, or to write comments on internet. This is cause to continuously occur privacy invasion incidents, so Internet personal identification number(hereafter I-PIN) was introduced as the alternative method and unique identification number to prevent from those incidents through the enactment of the Personal Information Protection Law. Therefore,this study tried to suggest ways to expand dissemination of I-PIN in the viewpoints of institutional aspects, technical aspects, and using aspects. First,in terms of the institutional aspects it should be established legal basis and institutional mandates for prevalence of I-PIN. Second, in technical aspects it needs to apply encryption of personal information in course of issue and use for I-Pin. Third, in viewpoint of usual aspects the I-pin should be integrated authentication procedures in connect with PC and mobile system. Thus, I-PIN will be the representative means of identification, if it enhance and increase safety of privacy by expanding I-PIN application.
